近日，美国自动驾驶送货机器人研发商Serve Robotics正式宣布，将以2900万美元的价格收购同行企业Diligent Robotics Inc.。据Serve Robotics披露，该交易预计于2026年第一季度完成交割。若达成特定目标，其将向Diligent Robotics的股东额外支付最高530万美元。

Diligent Robotics designs and deploys robots to work alongside nurses and pharmacy technicians inside hospitals. The company, founded in 2017, has more than 200 employees in Austin.
