Building A Modular Model Railway - Episode 23: Creating A Scrap Siding!

Throughout 1992, the Swedish high speed train known as the X2000 made test runs up and down Amtrak's Keystone Corridor while the company was sorting out a new high speed service. In December of that year, a promotional run was made with Strasburg Railroad's own 90. The two ran side by side through Paradise and so far this is the only known footage of that event. This comes from an old VHS I had as a kid from the 1990s which has since lost its copyright. #amtrak #strasburg #trains #steamlocomotiv
