In 2018, The Fargo Police Department created a Juvenile Diversion Program. The goal of this program is to keep juveniles out of court and provide them with programming and appropriate social and emotional resources to assist them. These resources and programming are meant to provide better, long-term outcomes while avoiding a criminal record.
