Francesca Tieghi on Instagram: "Lentil, Mushroom & Chestnut Filo Spirals 🌿 A super delicious main thats great as part of a roast or on its own 🤗 Ingredients (makes 6 spirals): • 1 can brown lentils (15 oz / 400 g), rinsed • 300 g mushrooms (I used oyster mushrooms) • 2 small onions (about 200 g / 7 oz), finely chopped • 100g/3.5oz cooked chestnuts, finely chopped • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1½ tbsp olive oil • 2 tsp mixed herbs • 1 tbsp soy sauce • Salt & black pepper, to
