Words are easy to use when nothing is on the line. They sound good, they promise change, and they make us feel productive for a moment. But words don’t build habits, fix patterns, or move your life forward. Action does. Action is quiet, uncomfortable, and often unnoticed. And that’s exactly why it matters more than anything you say.
