800XL Startup Problem

The Atari 800XL. Nineteen eighty three. A real keyboard, a POKEY sound chip full of attitude, and a whole different universe from the Commodore I grew up with. My own 800XL arrived with half the keys dead — Four, R, F, V — gone. Two replacement chips and a trip to Frisco later, and this machine came roaring back to life.
