👉 Incline Flies is a great chest builder. Incline flies is one of my favorite exercises for building chest. Some people are barrel chested and those that are do very well with bench press. Others, like myself who are more “flat chested” can benefit much more with flies because it take the pressure off the triceps and puts all the resistance directly on the chest for maximum stimulation. | Joel Therien
