Making brandy!! We have a load of red wine which we are distilling today into brandy.. It needs to run super slow today to create a smooth spirit. We have packed the still with extra copper to remove a lot of the impurities so we end up with a clean product at the end. Some will used to make a Cherry Brandy Liqueur for Christmas and some will be aged in an oak barrel and released as a full strength brandy. #makingbrandy #craftspirits | Fenspirits
