Late to the party and can’t find your favourite chocolate eggs for Easter? This is a riff on my grandmother’s no bake chocolate fridge cake. As well as the biscuits and sultanas, I’ve added nuts and chunks of honeycomb and crystallised ginger. Next time I’ll top with broken mini eggs 🐣 🍫 It’ll keep in the fridge for a week (but it won’t last that long). It goes something like this: 160g butter (or non-dairy butter) 90g runny honey or golden syrup Pinch of sea salt 130g 70% dark chocolate 200g
