Keeping a ball python after a decade of keeping other reptiles has been interesting. The most popular pet reptile, the most overbred pet reptile, the “it doesn’t need enrichment, it just balls up” reptile- while I can’t speak for all ball pythons out there, Ymir is explorative, curious, active, engaging, and intelligent.
