Cannot buy robux without getting redirected to premium

Hello. Today, I was trying to purchase $100 worth of Robux. When I tried to purchase that much Robux, it is this weird bug where when selecting a card, I automatically get sent straight to the premium section to go buy premium instead. Is this supposed to happen, or is this a bug? Or am I missing something?
