Friday night, Liberty officers assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a large traffic incident on I-35 between Highway 291 and Highway 152. Approximately 20 to 30 vehicles, including multiple tractor-trailers, were involved in crashes or slid off the roadway before the interstate could be closed.
