Flex Friday everyone! We held our Trainer Led Plank challenge last night! It was very competitive and had us on the edge of our seats. We did have a winner for both the males and the females! Coming on top for the females was Coach Katie, holding her plank for 5:18. Finishing first for the men was Raul, holding a 4:59 plank! Very impressive everyone!
