A rock climber has been winched to safety by an HM Coastguard search and rescue helicopter after falling as far as 30 feet from the cliffs at Heatherslade Bay in South Wales. Rocky coastlines and caves are fun to explore but can be incredibly dangerous and unstable. Try coasteering with a registered provider.
