FUN SCIENCE EXPERIMENT!!! I had a case of water in my sunroom and the temperature this morning dipped down into the single digits so one would think that each bottle would be frozen right? Not so fast! That bottle of water was SUPERCOOLED! Supercooling is what happens when water is cooled below its freezing point but doesn't freeze! But how? For water to freeze inside the bottle, it needs a nucleation point, such as a piece of dust, etc or disturbance to allow for the water to turn into ice. And
