Seaside Pear Pie Recipe

Let’s bake… Caramel Pear Pie. 🍐🥧 This might be one of my all time favourite recipes. As a certified pear obsessive, there’s nothing better than cradling them in an intense pear caramel and wrapping it all up in flaky buttery pastry. I’ve served mine with creme anglaise, but a scoop of ice cream would be heavenly, too! ✨ also I 🩷 starch gelatinisation.
