Airway Pressure Release Ventilation Explained
🫁 APRV (Airway Pressure Release Ventilation) 🔹 فكرته: يبقي الرئة مفتوحة بضغط عالي أغلب الوقت (P high)، ويخفض الضغط لفترة قصيرة (P low) حتى يطلع الهوا بسرعة. 🔹 المبدأ: • P high: 20–30 cmH₂O • P low: 0–5 cmH₂O • T high: 4–6 ثواني • T low: 0.3–0.8 ثانية • يسمح للمريض يتنفس تلقائيًا أثناء الضغط العالي. 🔹 الفائدة: يحسن الأوكسجين، يمنع انهيار الحويصلات، ويقلل أذية الرئة. 🔹 العيب: يحتاج خبرة، وقد يسبب احتباس CO₂ إذا Tlow قصيرة جدًا. | قسم التخدير
