Landmine "T Bar" Row using the V handle but facing inwards instead of outwards. This is a simple adjustment to the exercise. I find that facing inwards with the handle on the end of the bar gives you a more effective arc of pull. You're pulling up and in, similar to an underhand barbell row that Dorian Yates made famous.
