We rolled out an updated packing SOP with our shipper a couple of months ago to keep packing consistent and protective. Following two pieces of feedback we received over the last couple of weeks, a couple of customers reported receiving their parcels with little to no protective packaging. If your parcel looks packed differently on arrival, it was likely repacked by the last-mile carrier.
