David Parker Ray is a convicted kidnapper and rap*st who tortured dozens of victims over decades at his home in New Mexico. After soundproofing a trailer he had, Ray built a sexual dungeon known as “The Toy Box” where he would abuse, assault and torture victims for months on end. After being done with them he’d discard them disoriented on the side of the road. Most of them couldn’t remember anything. It’s also alleged he killed some of them.
