Traffic on the Kwinana Freeway came to a standstill this afternoon and trains were suspended after a truck crashed through a guardrail onto the train tracks. Transperth says services have now RESUMED on the Mandurah Line, however were not yet running to the normal timetable, while Main Roads Western Australia says southbound lanes of the freeway have been reopened to traffic. | ABC Perth
