CEO’s, owners, executives, or senior leaders are. I assure you that if those people wanted a clear attendance policy, there would be one. Does anyone think it’s HR who wants an unclear policy? Lol. Now, companies aren’t required to have attendance policies or define”excessive absenteeism.” When they don’t, I recommend th
