I wish someone told me this after my first baby… Healing isn’t about getting your body back… it’s about learning how to support the new one you’re in. After my first, I thought the answer was: • harder workouts • tighter waist trainers • sucking it in • “pushing through” the discomfort No one told me my core wasn’t weak, it was disconnected. No one told me that crunches could make my belly dome. No one told me that feeling pressure or pain wasn’t “normal,” even if it’s common. So I blamed myself
